Sydney + Zach | Willow Ridge Manor Wedding | Littleton Wedding Photographer

Sydney and Zach are some of the kindest and most joyful people that you’ll ever have the pleasure of meeting and they had a wedding day that reflected them, and Colorado, just perfectly.

Surrounded by family and friends, they exchanged vows at Willow Ridge Manor in beautiful Morrison, Colorado. I started the day by photographing their gorgeous and meaningful details. Zach’s wedding ring was actually his grandfather’s and I know how excited he is to be able to wear it. Speaking of rings, Sydney actually wore her mother’s ring for the entire day! They have very similar rings, which is so cool.

Sydney got ready and into her dress surrounded by her fantastic bridesmaids, her mom and Zach’s mom, which made for a beautiful morning. Zach got ready just next door, and I could hear laughter all the way through the upstairs. No doubt the guys were having some fun as well!

After everyone was all ready to go, they shared the absolute sweetest first look. Sydney took a few moments to take in the gravity of the moment before going to meet her soon to be husband and I think Zach’s reaction is one of my all time favorites. The sun came out in full force for their ceremony and lasted well into cocktail hour, allowing everyone to enjoy a gorgeous Colorado summer afternoon on the patio.

I love when my couples are up for golden hour photos. Although we didn’t have the sunniest evening (or really any sun at all…I think we used up all the sun at cocktail hour!), I had so much fun scrambling over the rocks behind Willow Ridge Manor with the new Mr. and Mrs. Case. Everywhere you turn is a new opportunity for beautiful newlywed portraits and I appreciated that they were up for some adventuring.

After four beautiful toasts from parents and their wedding party, Zach and Sydney shared a first dance to cheers and “woops” from their guests. Every spin and dip was met with a round of applause! I don’t think the dance floor was empty at all that evening…talk about a good party! I love that they chose to share a private dance at the end of the night. Such a fun way to end a beyond perfect day!
