I’m so thankful for the wedding planning website, Zola! Not only did I use it for my own wedding planning, but that’s how Kim and Zach found me and I’m so grateful we connected. I had a blast photographing their engagement session at South Valley Park in Littleton, Colorado. With beautiful red rocks and easy trails, it’s the perfect backdrop for engagement photos.
Kim and Zach are such a fun couple! They both donned cowboy boots for their engagement session and had no problem when I asked for a little “fake laugh”. It always turned into a real, hearty laugh between these two. I loved hearing about how they met, all about their families and we event chatted about how they decided on their wedding venue!
The weather held out for us as we wandered around South Valley, starting down by the pond on Swallow Trail and eventually making our way over to Coyote Song Trail. Coyote Song Trail has those beautiful, sweeping views of red rocks. Thankful for the kind hikers that waited patiently so I could get that awesome “pulled back” view of South Valley. It was a busy evening but Zach and Kim just rolled with it while we waited for the perfect moment for their photos!
I’m so happy for this lovely couple and I’ll be sure to share their wedding photos on the blog very soon. Congrats again on your engagement, Zach and Kim!
