Castle Rock, Colorado is home to a beautiful venue, the Millhouse at Philip S. Miller Park – and a new favorite of this Castle Rock wedding photographer! I’m so grateful I get to call Denver and the surrounding area home and I’m even more grateful that I got to work with Brittani Chin Photography to capture this lovely couple on their wedding day!

This day was full of joy, love and simplistic beauty. Kaitlyn and Devin had an absolutely lovely first look before their ceremony, which is such a great idea on your wedding day. It allows for a little more time during the day for portraits. In addition, you get to go directly to your cocktail hour after your ceremony, instead of leaving your guests for pictures! Before their first look, Kaitlyn did a first look with her father, which was so moving. Kaitlyn’s bridesmaids coordinated in beautiful light blue dresses and carried beautiful white flowers, which smelled fantastic and even attracted some cute butterflies!

Following their beautiful ceremony, guests enjoyed a wonderful dinner, personalized desserts and we made our way to the beautiful patio for dances. As a wedding photographer, I love when couples sneak away for golden hour, and this awesome couple did just that!
